It is a smoother water texture, you still get a line but it is way less noticeable. I fixed mine with the mod "Glassy Water" by TheBlenderAnimator Like LilDingDongi mentioned the RW2 LOD fix used to fix the problem by making the engine not scale the water texture, but support was dropped for it and RW2 is basically RW3 now. The ripples grossly mismatch causing the line. This bug is now fixed.I use RW2 and that has always been a problem, the game engine uses whatever size your water texture is and then makes it smaller in chunks the further away it gets.
The green reflections emitted by some meshes when viewed at a certain angle is a bug that was introduced with Skyrim Special Edition. Small rapids and the foamy streams in Whiterun and Markarth have been sped up animation-wise. They've also been retextured and transparency has been increased. Rain ripples will no longer slide across the surface of the water. Large waterfalls have been sped up animation-wise, retextured and more splash particles have been added.
Additional waves have also been added to Solstheim. They have also been added along the coast of Skyrim at locations that make sense. The splash/foam effects were made more visible.
Waves were slowed down, retextured, and now have a crashing water sound effect. Rowboats floating in the water will animate and gently bob around. Icebergs and ice chunks will sometimes crack and gurgle. The volume of waterfalls and rapids have been increased. Lakes, rivers, and oceans have new, ambient sound effects. Lakes, ponds/marsh water, and ocean water no longer flow in any particular direction.
